Catch up!!!

I have been a little slack on my blogging, but I hope to get up to speed with everyone. January was a crazy month for us in the Doherty household. Dutch was battling a double ear infection & cold for a few weeks, which was then passed around to all of us. We are all feeling much better.

In the midst of all the sickness, we did manage to take a day trip to the mountains with Mell and Evan. It was so cold up there when we decided to go so most of our sightseeing was from the car window. We did have a great time with them and loved catching up.

As mentioned in a previous blog, Dutch has started crawling. Everywhere. At every speed. He has really got that down and we have had to babyproof our house and barricade him in our den so he doesn't try to get into the dog food, bathroom, etc. He is also really good with pulling up on the furniture. We are STILL waiting on those teeth to come in! Hopefully soon, so he can enjoy more foods!

We have really been enjoying this warm weather. Dutch loves his swing that he got from Santa and has been spending a lot of time in the backyard. DJ has been taking in the weather as well and has been fishing a lot. We have more weddings, birthdays & showers coming up (we have something every weekend until mid-March) so I hope to post more pics from all of our events!
